The table above shows the format of the transport cost calculations. Two different international freight cost calculations are illustrated. The first shows a cost analysis for transport of iron ore pellets from Brazil to Egypt. The second shows the cost breakdown for a shipment of hot rolled coil from Italy to Germany.

Such transport cost estimates are available for coal, coke, iron ore, steel and most other bulk commodities. Calculations can be supplied for variable shipment volumes, at any recent point in time, for most transport modes and routes (including barge, rail, sea and road transport).
