World steel tube production 2000 to 2009

World output of welded tube much exceeds production of seamless steel tube. For 2009, world production of welded tube was approx 65 mt, with seamless tube production volume at 31 mt. Total supply of steel tube at at end-2009 thus amounts to 96mt.
