Used Rail - Purchase

I am after the following; the sale of used rail and request an offer under the following conditions;



1. CNF 30,000mtpm x 13 months contract with a set-aside clause inserted.

2. Cut - length 1,5m.

3. Packed - in 20/40 ft containers

4. Destination - Western Europe with port of discharge being at “Buyer’s option”.

5. No Deposits will be paid.

6. Physical Inspection of the used rail before the Letter of Credit (DLC) will be opened.

7. 2% Performance Bond to be provided before DLC activated.

8. All support documents for export and inspections must be provided.
