Buyer must follow the procedure as under:

--Buyer issue irrevocable purchase order ICPO/LOI with
bank details.
--Seller will issue FCO with NDNC and MFPA.
--Seller will issue sales purchase agreement (SPA)
--Seller will issue soft POP and buyer makes
payment
of the US$ 1.5/MT, tariff chrges with government
monoply ( for used rail only).
--Seller issues bank to bank proof of product
(POP).
--Buyer will issues non operative letter of credit
or other
mathod of payment accepted by seller and in
favour of
seller bank account valid for one month.
--Buyer's bank should be from world's top 50
banks.
--Seller will issue 2% performance bong (PB)
--LC payment will be activite after shipping
documents.
