PROCEDURE



1. Buyer sends LOI

2. Seller issues Draft Contract

3. Buyer signs and sends it back to the seller

4. Buyer and seller sign the final contract

5. Buyer opens Non-Operative Revolving LC

6. Seller sends invitation letter to the buyer for visiting the yard within 7(seven)

days after receiving the Non-Operative Revolving LC

7. Seller issues 2%PB and POP to the buyer's bank

8. Non-Operative Revolving LC becomes operative

9. Shipment begins



Payment



The buyer opens the non-operative, non-transferable, irrevocable, revolving Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight confirmed by world top prime bank, against one month shipment value. Then the seller shall issue 2% operative Performance Bond, after that, the non-operative Letter of Credit become automatically operative. If the buyer fails to activate the non-operative LC as operative within 10days after visiting the yard and confirming the commodity, the buyer shall pay USD $100,000 as penalty. If the seller fails to issue the 2% Performance bond guarantee within 10days after receiving the non-operative LC, the seller shall pay USD $100,000 as penalty
