Turn Key steel Rolling Mill for rebars production

we have several manufacturing facilities for producing rebars. we now need two manufacturing facilities, each to produce one ,100,000 tons per annum, and second to produce 250,000 tons per annum.
we need full partial automated. includes, Rolling mill, reheating furnace, cooling bed, TMT system, and continous casting,Induction furnace etc., and all auxellaries included, I can used machines from europe also.
