Report: PAO Severstal (LSE: SVST;MICEX-RTS: CHMF), one the worlds largest vertically integrated steel and mining companies, announces the results of voting following an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on 14 September 2018. Severstal's shareholders approved the payment of a dividend of 45.94 rubles per share for the three months ended 30 June 2018. The record date for this dividend payment is 25 September 2018.
