Terms & Conditions
- All listings are subject to editorial review and acceptance at our discretion.
- Payment is required before extended listings and banner advertisements are published.
- Listing period begins on the date of first publication and runs for up to 12 months or until the event date, whichever is sooner.
- No refunds are available once a listing has been published.
- We reserve the right to edit listings for clarity, length or appropriateness.
- Banners must meet our technical specifications (120×150px, under 20kb, PNG/GIF/JPG/WEBP). Banners not meeting these specifications will not be published until corrected.
- SteelOnTheNet is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by event organisers.
Payment
Payment may be made online at our payments page. UK clients please add 20% VAT. Alternatively we can send an invoice for payment by bank transfer — contact info@steelonthenet.com to request an invoice.
For banner advertisements, please email your banner file to info@steelonthenet.com after submitting the form. Banner design is not included.
